The cooking roast has been designed for cooking roasts. Thanks to the holes in the base side of the pot which facilitate expulsion of steam, creates a special microclimate that allows rapid cooking of the outer surface of the meat, creating the tasty crust that will enable a smooth and uniform cooking inside.
