Bourguignonn fondue set
Set consists of:
– 1 enameled steel fondue pot
– 1 stainless steel splash lid
– 1 chromed rechaud (warmer)
– 1 burner
– 1 nickel-plated iron subplate
– 6 colored stainless steel forks
Fondue Borguignonn is a typical swiss preparation, which consists of browning meat cubes in boiling oil and then dipping them in various sauces.
Material: stainless steel
Measurements: d.20 cm – h.18 cm
Details:at first use, rinse with warm water and liquid detergent, drying carefully; then grease the bottom with oil or butter.
For optimal cooking, cook only on medium or low heat.
Never heat the empty pot.
The burner can be used with combustible gel or with alcohol.
Check the flame turning the top part of the hotplate.
For cooking use only wooden or synthetic utensils.
After use allow to cool and clean with warm water and dry carefully.
Dishwasher safe.
Particularly suitable for:
chocolate, risotto, polenta, purees, sauces, creams, fondue, bourghignonne.
