High panettone
Baking moulds for high panettone, made of special paper.
They are non deformable, heat resistant up to 180°C and do not need to be removed.
Set consists of: 10 pcs, 20 pcs, 50 pcs or 100 pcs
Measurement of mould: bottom 155 mm, top 164,8 mm, height 112 mm.
Material: pure cellulose calendered paper.
BAND of paper substance 95 gsm. Rotogravure printing, alcohol and heat-resistant inks.
Transpiration prerogative thanks to a very small perforation.
Heat-proofs glue-seal. Unprinted glue-seal for a perfect anchorage.
BOTTOM pure cellulose calendered, micro-flute corrugated paper.
Substance 125 gsm.
Transpiration prerogrative thanks to a micro-perforations.
