The sinuous lines of the Patatiera allows everyone to get such delicious potatoes cooked like on the grill, without adding liquid and fats to the benefit of the potatoes flavor.
In about 40 minutes of cooking the potatoes in their skins roasted perfectly will be ready to be enriched with herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
